has glosseng: The Old Supreme Court Chamber is the chamber on the ground floor of the north wing of the United States Capitol. From 1800 to 1806, the room served as the first chamber of the United States Senate, and from 1810 to 1860, the courtroom for the Supreme Court of the United States. The chamber possesses one of the first vaulted ceilings in the United States. It is semi-circular and 74 feet and eight inches wide, while 50 feet deep.
