It is about a very rich woman of Dutch background that lived in 19th century São Luís, who was important in the economic, social and political issues of the city, and became known for being cruel to her slaves. When she died, God do not receive her soul in Heaven and condemned her to wander perpetually in the streets of the city in a mythical carriage led by a slave without a head and pulled by horses similarly beheaded, scaring passers-by.
